It all began when the owner of Brykir Homes, Sami Morsara, discovered his passion for construction. With an interest in learning the ins and outs of all trades, Sami gained hands on experience working on a wide array of building projects. From commercial and residential buildings to labs and medical systems, he has dedicated over 20 years of his career to become the professional home builder and tradesman he is today.
He has put his expertise to good use and offer custom home building and renovating to the people of the Lower Mainland. As a licensed builder, general contractor, project manager, and Red Seal plumber/ gas fitter, Sami’s unique and varied experience allows him to streamline the home building process for his clients.
By offering more than just home building, Sami provides a clear and simple plan of action to accommodate his clients’ needs. No matter the type or size of project, Sami brings expertise, experience, and intention to every single one.
